Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to the United States and Canada Only. 

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the selected shipping method. Customers can view the shipping costs for their order during the checkout process before making a purchase.

Delivery Times:

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination. Unites States: Standard shipping (3-7 business days) and Canada Standard international shipping (7-14 business days) while expedited shipping has faster delivery options. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and carrier delays. 

For Canada, Customs & Duties; Orders shipped may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Mahte Pilates is not responsible for delays caused by customs. 

Order Issues:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help. Mahte Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
